Hi I’m Catherine and I am a CDA. I graduated from the Certified Dental Assisting program at Vancouver Community College in 2023. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my dog, trying new restaurants, and going on hikes in the summer.

Born and raised in South Vancouver, Meera has been in the dental industry for over 22 years. In the clinic in the classroom as an CDA instructor and a former CDABC board member. When not with the Simply Wellness crew, you can find her on the soccer field or watching sci-fi movies.

Rhiannon
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rhiannon graduated in 2011 from the University of British Columbia with an Bachelors degree in dental hygiene.
After spending the last 10 years practicing in a rural community in Northern BC, she is excited to be back in the lower Mainland to raise her family. While up north, she worked closely with the First Nation’s community and provided young families with basic dental education through the Strong Start program.
It was an amazing experience seeing patients grow and become a part of her dental family and she hopes to continue the trend at Simply Wellness Dental.
Michele
Registered Dental Hygienist
Michele graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Dental Sciences in Dental Hygiene degree in 2017. She has practised dental hygiene for diverse groups, including immigrants and refugees, individuals with mental illnesses and seniors in long-term care homes. Michele ensures that her knowledge and skills in Dental Hygiene are kept up-to-date, by participating in continuing education activities.
Nancy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Nancy graduated from the University of British Columbia, with an undergraduate degree in Dental Hygiene in 2012. She’s continually furthering her knowledge and skills through continuing education courses, ranging from period prevention methods to new oral care products and oral cancer screenings. Nancy enjoys spending her free time outdoors and hopes that the Vancouver Canucks will win the Stanley Cup once in her lifetime.
Natasha
Registered Dental Hygienist
Natasha started her dental career in 2007 as a certified dental assistant in Toronto.
After a few years in practice, she decided to go back to school for Dental Hygiene. She graduated from George Brown College with honours in 2011 and worked in Toronto for 7 years. In 2019 she decided to make the move out west to Vancouver. In her spare time she can be found rock climbing around the local gyms and outside when weather permits. She loves to travel and explore other countries and their local climbing spots; Las Vegas and Tonsai are planned for her next adventures. Natasha started her dental career in 2007 as a certified dental assistant in Toronto.

Shiwa completed the Dental Reception program and Dental Radiography module at CDI College, receiving her certificate in 2016. She is very thorough and dedicates her time to ensure all tasks are completed properly and in a timely manner. Shiwa enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Jessica completed her Office Administration program at VCC in 2019. She is excellent at staying organized and always completes her tasks properly and efficiently. Jessica spends her free time with her dog truffle and her family.

Lisa completed the Dental Receptionist program at BCIT in 2009. She is very thorough and completes her tasks efficiently. Lisa is a busy mother of two boys and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and animals!
